Google Bad Review 1:  I recently had a boiler service from Gas Safe Heating & Plumbing. The point of which I believe is to ensure everything is running ok. Now, two weeks after the service, the timer has broken and they want to charge me to come and look at it! What was the point of a service!? No warranty or responsibility for their work.
A rip off!

Google Bad Review (2):  If I could give a 0 I would. We just moved into a new house and the heating was playing up and we called them out the man that came out said we needed a new thermostat, he said it would be about £100 and that if we got a service we would get some money off. A couple of days later someone different came to complete the job. Radiators were not checked and no radiators bled. The next day our boiler stopped working again so obviously the service wasn’t done correctly. Overall they charged £400! And don’t even give an itemised bill! What a joke will never be using them again. And now have to wait another week for someone to come back out and check the radiators so another day I have to stay in. And in case they change what their service includes on the website I have pictures to prove my point.
