Google Bad Review 1:  I’m sorry but it was a waste of my time and money. My wash and blow dry was being done so fiercely as if I was not a client but a mannequin. My scalp is still hurting! I felt stressed out by all this pulling, rushing and hot air (which I had to point out several times – I’ve had a few blow dries and the air never burnt so much!). I guess it was the person’s style to rush like crazy but I’m not a fan and won’t be back. Wish I could have £43 back for what was a disappointing and stressful experience.

Google Bad Review (2):  Incredibly rude and snobby staff. What they did for my hair was nothing to write home about but that didn’t stop them extortionately overcharging me. I wasn’t given a choice of which “stylist” I saw, but I was charged a good £30 more than I expected as the head “stylist” / owner did my hair.

When my friend was waiting for me, she was reading the magazines there. When she put them back (almost as neatly as she had found them), the snobby “stylist” insisted on moving them half an inch further onto the table. He explained that “Our customers expect things to be just so and we have a certain standard.”

The owner made several catty comments about the way my hair had been cut previously. My friend was having her hair done next to me and her “stylist” made very similar comments. Clearly these people have no respect for their competitors. Apparently Battersea Reach residents receive a discount on this place. When I made my appointment, I was envious. Now, I couldn’t care less as I can guarantee I won’t be back.

Google Bad Review 1:  A bit disappointed with the customer service just received. Called to re-schedule an appointment for this afternoon (understand that it was short notice), and I was offered to just cancel instead and make another booking after, which sounded perfect. I was not informed however that this meant a 30% fee will be charged – would have really appreciated being informed over the phone. Will be looking for a new place in the future.

Google Bad Review (2):  Truly ridiculous. £200 down and a whole sunday lost (7hrs) and I’m going to have to go get both the colour and cut fixed. I arrived for my full head highlights & bob cut appointment at 11am, and only finished at 5:45pm. Practially 7hrs. Toner had to be done twice.
The first time the time colour was the same as I’d asked to get fixed to begin with. After second time I was very happy with it. But now I’ve now washed my hair and it’s far lighter than it was (I specifically wanted it darker), and my white towel and white pillow case are stained with toner.
Bob cut took at least 2.5hrs. Before the highlights he cut it “roughly” although spent around 45mins trying to get the shape perfect. Then having done the coloring, he started the ‘real’ cut (both times dry hair). I asked (repeatedly throughout) for it to be shorter, a little below my ears. He left it sitting on my shoulders and kept saying since my natural hair is wavy it would be the right length when I washed it. I also (repeatedly throughout) asked for it to be longer at front (was later told it’s longer at front if I tilt my head fwd!!) than at the back, and it’s definitely not, looks like the opposite.
On top of that, it’s completely uneven. One half is longer than the other, one side at the back is longer than everything else, the inner layers are a finger shorter than the outer layers on one side (I also pointed this out numerous times and was told it’s my hair’s fault because it had “twisted in”(??), even though he’d straightened it to do the cut).
Furthermore, he cut it with a side part in, so now if a single strand is out of place the hair is about 4cms longer.
Now, I’ve had a fantastic bob cut done for £20 in the past. I’ve had hideous hairuts, but never bad ones. Or certainly not ones that look ridiculous to the naked eye. Had I left after 2.5hrs with a terrible haircut, or 7hrs with a good one, I wouldn’t have been half as annoyed. I’ve never experienced anything like this. It was farcical.
I’d still be sitting in that chair if I hadn’t decided that after 2hrs trying to get the haircut to look normal it was never going to get any better (in fact kept getting worse). He kept saying “oh yes let me just….” and another 20mins would go by.
Had told my parter I’d be gone for 2-3hrs max and instead missed the whole Sunday with him and my 4 month old baby. UNbelievable.
Oh, he also flicked a big dollop of toner onto my jumper and stained it. And put the black cloak on me backwards so my front was covered in hair.
Don’t get me wrong he was lovely, but this is beyond absurd.
Ah! And even as I was leaving reeeeaally annoyed, he was taking photos of it.

Google Bad Review 1:  I walked in with a beautiful hair colour done in Los Angeles. I wanted to colour the roots and maintain the hair colour. During the consultation and on the day, I repeatedly asked the colourist (Bethany) to match the hair colour I had. Well, at the end of 6 hours, the end result was significantly different. Something I could have achieved with a box of hair colour purchased from a supermarket. They took 6 hours because the last 2 hours was about them trying to correct the colourist’s mistake. Even after that, I had lost the hair colour I walked in with and the result was terrible. Combined with the price that this salon charged (I had a senior colourist) and the time they took, they should be ashamed. The result is unacceptable and horrible. What a way to ruin someone’s joy.

Google Bad Review (2):  I made a booking on the telephone for a Kebelo smoothing Keratin treatment, having read the reviews of them containing no parables and nasty chemicals. The receptionist that took my call, was incompetent and incredibly simple. She couldn’t get my number right and we spent 5 minutes going over this. She booked me in for a day I did not want and eventually we confirmed the booking. I checked how long the treatment was which she said an hour.
When I arrived unsurprisingly my appointment had not been booked in. The manager came to speak to me. In a very abrasive manner said to me that it was not possible that I was booked in as she books all the appointments and my appointment normally takes 3 hrs. Well I said it definitely wasn’t her I spoke to as the person was young and with a local LONDON dialect. I made my opinion clear on how I found the receptionist, intelligence of a Pig. Yes I could of chosen better words but feeling pretty aggrieved at this point having travelled for last hour to get there. The manager lacked any kind of customer service skill. Completely defensive, hostile and speaking over me. I checked my phone, I had made the call and let the receptionist know. And on their own website they advertise that the Kebelo advantage system takes up to 1 hr. please don’t waste your time trying to book or spend any money in this salon. You will end up both the victim and apparently the abuser! Manager needs to learn the Old adage that the customer is always right rather than treat her customers as the wrong doer right from the off set.

First time im made to wait 40 minutes for a treatment WITH appointment. I reschedule, come back a few days later with another appointment. They have erased my name from the register and pretend like i changed the appointment (i had not and i can see the name faded from register). They lie about this. Then ask me to wait half an hour again for my treatment because the women had taken on other clients and given my spot to other people. Total money making scheme and highly unprofessional. Did not get reimbursed. Did not get the treatment or any service. Such a waste.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have been here about couple of weeks ago for the first time. I had to change my lash artist because I will be moving far from her. I still had lashes when I came here.
When the lashes was done it was very nice and I was happy. However I felt its heavier then the previous one( was having the same one for about 2and half years in a row and lasted for about 3-4 weeks very nice and tidy).
However the experience after having this lashes I wont be back.
The lashes was glued together with another bunch of lashes, 2 weeks and started to fell a lot in a bunch with my own lashes (2-3 of them ) , which means if I keep coming back after 2 months I might wont have my own lashes. Also it was longer then my usual size and was very uncomfortable after a while because I have glasses.
Also after shower or after waking up I had to brush many times because it stacked together in 4-5 big bunch of pieces on my eye and looked awful.
I am sorry but this is not how suppose to look like for £60-£65. I will be keep travelling to my pervious one instead.Thanks

Google Bad Review (2):  Dhoha at Bromley branch was doing my treatment. She was extremely hostile and BUTCHERED my brows. Was not welcoming at all and seems like she has gotten very complacent within the job as she rushed through my threading process. Also had pre-booked for 10:30 when I arrived she told me my appointment was was at 10:40 which it was NOT and made me wait 10 mins. Staff need to be retrained in customer service. DO NOT GO HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH CUTS ON MY FACE AS WELL AS BROWS THAT DO NOT EVEN LOOK THE SAME.

Google Bad Review (2):  I scheduled a classic pedicure today. They made you put a deposit of 10£ to secure your time slot, but it turns out they could not start until 15min later.

Then when it finally started, I told the lady that my nails are easier to cut when first softened with warm water. She appears to ignore / not understand what I said, and asked me to put my feet into a basin of cold water.

In short, very unprofessional place and they did not even know the very basics of cutting toe nails. Will never go again.
