Google Bad Review (2):  Absolute rudest receptionist i’ve ever spoken to in my life and lying on the phone as well. I asked if they’d see our cat to remove a tick, we are new in the barnet area and our registered vet is too far away. She asked if i wanted to register and i said if it’s not necessary then no because there is one nearer but they were too busy to see her. She got sassy and put me on hold and then suddenly realised there’s too many pets with “broken bones and things” to see her after she had initially said yes and asked me to register? She’d rather leave my pet in discomfort and risk lime disease because they aren’t our local vet. She hung up without saying bye. Disgusting service and rude service. Hope karma gets you when you need it most you bitter human

Google Bad Review 1:  The vet was fab but unfortunately one of the receptionist was extremely rude, she knows who she is, and it's a shame, no one does anything about it, considering so many feedbacks about this. Why do the employers put up with this? It's just encouraging her behaviour, vet visits are not cheap and to be greeted with rudeness is unacceptable.
