Google Bad Review 1:  Medivet, despite charging me a monthly subscription fee that covers my Puppy check ups, are not covering these as it is not considered essential during the pandemic. This is not in the best interests of my puppy. He also needs an operation in the next month. Other vets have advised me that they are not following this procedure, and consider all animal health checks and issues as essential.

Despite this, I have been charged the direct debits and there were no offers of how to make up for the DD's in future payments.

He has a pre-existing condition that I was asked to monitor ahead of his January follow up. This and his ones through to March have been put on hold as non-essential. Other vetinerary services understand the importance of animal welfare particularly as so many animals are currently being mistreated in this pandemic.

I will be moving my vet to another Vet in Islington

Google Bad Review (2):  My kitten was injured and left with a permanent ear deformation, under the watch of one veterinary surgeon from this practice.

… and shockingly she didn't provide any explanation, or even try to find out what could have happened, and just denied everything. Such an attitude is unacceptable. We all trust a vet with our precious family members who can't speak about what happened to them, and therefore expect a level of integrity from the practitioner. Unfortunately we were left in the dark despite repeated requests for investigation.

I am pursuing a case of negligence and harm to the patient against this vet surgeon and Mevidet.
