I'm afraid just pointing me to your customer service email isn't the answer here. I've already taken half a workday of my time to re-visit your store only to be turned away – if anything, YOU should be contacting ME PERSONALLY to resolve this. But in any case, your technicians told me that a new screen wouldn't fix the issue – and only THEN informed me that the screens are not Apple ones. I suggest you make this clearer on your website – i.e. that you're charging a premium price to install rip off parts on our expensive devices, which reduces the core functionality of the original product (not to mention voiding any official warranty the device has).

Original Review:
I got my iPhone 6s screen replaced about a month ago – and the touch screen has some erratic behaviour, juddering in a swirly line when trying to navigate in a smooth line on editing and gaming applications. This never happened on the original screen.
When I took my device in again to be fixed I was told the issue didn’t exist – even though I demonstrated the problem in store. Then they said in any case, there was nothing they could do. Turns out they don’t use Apple parts either – which I can’t see mentioned anywhere on their website. Would have been better off going to Apple, lesson learned!

Google Bad Review 1:  Bought a phone and within a few minutes in the shop, it has a problem with the screen. Gave back to them and they said they are going to replace it. Still waiting for them to replace or return my money, it is almost one month now. Visited the shops at least 20 times still no news on the phone or money, due to this I had to take up with the citizen advice and a lot of hassle ..

Not recommended please do not buy anything from here.

Less Than One Star – Avoid at all costs!!!

1 – Took an iPhone 5 there that had an unresponsive screen. They “fixed” it and it worked for three weeks. I took it back for repair again, worked for 2 days before the camera stopped working. This was the the 1st time there was ever problems with the camera.

2 – Purchased an S7 case. Got home to find it was a terrible fit to the point where the headphone jack was half covered by the case and there were holes in all the wrong places. Swapped it for an alternative.

3 – Purchase an S7 tempered screen protector – Awful. Came unstuck after less than 2 days. Returned to the with my complaint and agreed, after a heated argument to purchase a new screen protector at cost price of £3… The original item was £10!!!

For points 2 and 3 – When I returned for refunds/replacements the customer service was terrible. One guy was rude and unhelpful. He suggested that I could refund or replace my products because the person that served me was not working that day. He also lied and said the manager was not in.

I assume that on a normal day they get away with mugging people off. Unfortunately for them I was going to be victim.

DO NOT SHOP HERE – YOU WILL REGRET IT

Their products are terribly low quality.

Plenty of other options very close by in Woolwich.

Takes 7 days to diagnose a broken screen (which was included on the initial request) and receive a email from them saying that they need to order the stock from there supplier.

That would be fine although they are currently having issues with getting a eta from the supplier. The call centre is a 3rd party and therefore you cant directly speak to the company to get a realistic time frame to understand when they will get a eta or even any understanding of when they will get the screen.

the T&Cs say it could be 4weeks from when they receive a response from there supplier. I am therefore currently in a place where i cant speak to anyone from the entity they can hold my phone for a undetermined amount of time and even when i get a response it could be a further 4 weeks for them to get the screen.

To get the phone back I am required to pay a fee for diagnostics (when all they have essentially done is confirmed that the screen is broken) when the issue is essentially that there is no possible way for me to get a timeframe for the fix despite the issues being on there end and i need to pay to get it back.

As such i have given a 1* as my phone has essentially been held at ransom and communication with the entity is poor.

If the system works fine its a good company to use however if there are any issues your screwed

Google Bad Review (2):  Had my Fitbit sensa 3 for 6 weeks, from late Jan to early March. They advised they could fix it and the parts were being sent. Then I received a cancellation of repair with a £6.90 charge to send my Fitbit back to me.
Really disappointed and really quite frustrated with the time it took to contact me. Won’t use again.

WASTE OF £89!! STILL UPSET ABOUT IT

My Husbands computer was running slowly and overheating and we wanted it to be cleaned up for his new job. Since we lived locally we decided to give them a try, their office is very cute and they have a nice fishtank.

Their diagnosis was a lot of internal dust and sand and they would have to wipe it clean – we agreed. Firstly, they were late with when they said it would be ready. Secondly, their attention to detail is poor. When we went to pick it up they hadn't even put it back together properly- screws were missing!

Then to add insult to injury we booted it up and discovered they re-installed a MS Office 2007 when we had MS Office 2010 (they even asked us beforehand to give us the software key??). The guy we dealt with (who also couldn't speak English properly so communication was a problem) started shouting and arguing with my Husband basically calling him a liar!!!

The owner had to come and resolve the situation (also very poorly) and gave us an insulting £4 discount- £4!!

To say we are angry doesn't even cover it! 2 months later- the laptop is just as slow as it was before and since they ‘cleaned' it my Husband has been getting Google come up in a foreign language and the computer doesn't recognize PDFs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TRY SOMEONE ELSE- I WISH WE DID AND SAVED £80 🙁

Google Bad Review 1:  Bit confused about all the good reviews. I paid 120 for a replacement screen (it was 170 for the official screen, or 120 for the cheaper screen). THE NEW SCREEN WAS GLUED ON! It wasn't even glued on properly either. Since the replacement I've had a number of new problem with my screen which have never happened before, and the screen seems pretty poor quality. You may as well just go to iSmash and pay an extra £20 or just go to your official phone company and wait a week or so for a replacement. Definitely don't try and save money by coming here, it's not worth it at all.

Google Bad Review (2):  The WORST experience i have ever had when trying to fix a phone. Went with a cracked Samsung screen and charged me £180 to fix it. They then didnt fix it properly and it broke again less than 24 hours later. Tried to claim it was because I had put it in my bag… I am sorry but who doesnt put their phone in their bag… and then tried to charge me an additional £85 to get it fixed. Absolutely rip off….robbing people blind… never ever go here and save your money, time and sanity.

I gave them my phone for a screen fix. After 3 weeks the screen cracked by itself and they charged me again for a screen replacement. When I picked up the phone I realized they installed a faulty screen and I had to give them the phone back for another screen replacement! Even after the second time the screen is still faulty because of their very improfessional technician!!
They refused to take responsibility for the faulty fix and the manager is a very aggressive Pakistani with a big mouth (small brain though) who came to the UK to scam the British – They're a bunch of fraud sellers!!!

I don't get lied to very often, but I think that's what happened to me. In the end I took my item elsewhere to be fixed, and it was done for about one tenth of the price.

I had made an appointment for my phone to be fixed as it stated same day repair service and an authorised apple repair centre. When I asked what the point of making an appointment was, the guy rudely shrugged at me, so I walked out. Absolutely pointless waste of time. Don't bother.

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely disgraceful service. Don't go anywhere near this shop. I took an iPhone in with a cracked screen as I was about to go on holiday and needed a quick repair as leaving that night (wish I had waited at an Apple store). The screen that was installed was faulty and kept locking up. I phoned from holiday to tell them that I would come back in when I returned for a new replacement screen. I left the phone with them for two hours to replace it and when I returned they had done nothing because apparently they couldn't re-create the problem. After much arguing I just left as life is too short. Got home, first call I made, the phone locked up again. Taking my phone to Apple to get a proper screen installed, a total waste of £80, rude and unhelpful people. This is my second bad experience with them as I previously bought an HDMI cable from them that didn't work. When I went in to get a replacement they said they couldn't refund or replace it and I had to buy a new one. The second one did work, so the first was clearly faulty. Should have known better than to go back.
