Google Bad Review 1: Horrendous behaviour from Dr Sarika.
I felt very welcomed by the reception team very professional.
As soon as I had the check up with Dr Sarika Shah, the moment I sat down sadly I was spoken down on in a way I felt uncomfortable to actually go ahead with any treatment at their practice and immediately suggested I go see another practice? I asked questions which she refused to answer. I do believe there was an ego problem, she wasn’t happy I asked questions as if I was questioning her position, but it is her position to advise? Honestly I didn’t understand what I could have possibly done wrong but to be a dental patient with them. She was smirking for no reason throughout the whole appointment it was very uncomfortable and intimidating. I generally started to talk to her about testimonials with other patients I had seen and she turned around and said “worry about your own mouth” in a tone and looked away ignoring my question? Attitude problems. I just wanted to leave. I left the practice immediately. Once I left the room, she loudly said bye to me as if she was speaking to a friend on the street in an abrupt tone. I 100% believe this was a personal dig. Very odd & childish lady. I had high hopes due to the reviews. I insisted to still go ahead with all my treatments at the practice but she kept laughing. Kindly share the joke?
The reception team did apologise on the results of her poor behaviour and advised I should rebook with them again with another professional clinician they have on site as this usually happens with her? Unprofessionalism at its peak.
But this would be the last visit for me. I just wish I recorded this incident felt very discriminated, Sorry guys.

Google Bad Review (2): This practice is run by a bunch of cowboys. Stay away! I wore 6 month smiles braces for a whole year. When they were taken off my teeth remained in the same position as when I started the treatment with them. Dental cement was left on my teeth and I had to go to another provider to have it properly cleaned off.
Platinum Dental Care didn't give a toss they just wanted my money. I now learn that the person who treated me at the practice was not a proper qualified orthodontist.
These people are amateurs who don't know what they are doing. I had a terrible experience with them. If you want real treatment look elsewhere!
