Google Bad Review 1:  Travelled all the way from Gatwick to the hornchurch branch on recommendation from my mum who has been coming to Highland view for over 15 years.
Intially I couldn't fault the service. HOWEVER.

The only downside on a second visit to have my tooth extraction was getting dry socket. I was in so much pain that after five nights I had to get another emergency dentist at the weekend. Who cleaned all the infection out and noticed on inspection a large ulcer they put a paste inside to help the healing process. I was taking far to many painkillers.
It's a shame I wasent advised this could be done at this practice . After spending £700 I think the aftercare was very poor.

Google Bad Review 1:  The Practice Manager is called Nathalie. A few months I was in the middle of having a filling done when Nathalie barged into the room. I have never known this to happen before and it was unsettling ( and now that filling needs replacing incurring more cost) . She then snapped at me for not paying by cash since the card machine was not available that week. I left and came back 10 mins later to settle up in cash but again her attitude was sullen and defensive. I have seen her be abrupt with other patients and rolling her eyes when speaking on the phone.

I now need to have that filling replaced. The next available appointment is next year!

Google Bad Review 1:  NEVER EVER EVER been to a dental practice with such a RUDE, unwelcoming infact cruel, receptionist.

I have been attending this practice all of my life with my family and have never had a problem since today.

Having worked at A Dental Practice of the year in the UK I personally know that treating patients the way I was treated needs to be reported ASAP.

I have been asking for an emergency appt for over a week, I was told to call every morning at 9am which I have been doing and has gotten me no where.

Why should I have to go elsewhere? Is this how Clayhall dental practice now treats their patients of years?

I have NEVER had a filling, crown extraction ETC – i have good oral health except now I have a tooth ache.

The practice Principle/manager really needs to re-inforce patient care rules.

Google Bad Review (2):  Have been seen by this dentist since I was about 10yrs old. I need extensive work done now. So I pay for private work see the best dentist I know that is Robert Senatore. However I now cannot see him as he has gone on hols. OK. Half a job done by him and now has to be completed by someone I did not want to be involved with. On top of which I have today been given a fourth appointment, yes a fourth appointment to finish the job. I paid up front for the complete job to be done by R S. And made it clear that I wanted only him to do the work. But now I feel that they are not concerned as they have my money. I will not pay up in advance in future. So much for trust. Be aware you may not get what you want.

The dentist who treated me drilled to deep into my filing, than blamed another dentist in the practice (very professional) I was told I would need root canal!

And when I needed the treatment done as compensation, they would make the crown for there incompetence.

The day has come where I need root canal and guess what….

No one wants to know! Nor take any responsibility for there actions.

Please don't right a reply for my review pretending you care Or pretending to fix the situation! Or pretending I'm not even a patient!
I have wrote hand letter and email!

Never again I write this review to make sure it happens to no one else.

Now I have to pay over £1000 for there poor work not to mention the discomfort.
