Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible service I have ever experienced!!!!

I had ordere a sofa online 30 days ago and it should be arrived 21 days ago. But it had not arrived in time.
One week passed, I called them and ask what did happen with the oder. They told me to call the delivery company. I called the delivery company and they just connected my call to WEST ELM AGAIN. I talked to a WEST ELM staff. She could not give me any answer about my order and she could not allow me to cancel it also. She said she would send an email explain about what happen within 24 hours.
24 hours passed without any reply from WEST ELM. So I called them again and now they told me that they alredy cancelled my ordered WITHOUT ANY REFUND. So I as a costomer have to asked them for refund from the order that had not arrived in time and got cancelled form the company.

So if you are considering to buy anything from WEST ELM. There are many chances that
– your odered are not arrived in time.
– They do noy communicatae with you nor let you know about your order.
– They give you wrong information about your order.
– THEY CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT ANY REFUND UNTIL YOU ASK THEM TO DO SO.

I don not know how company with terrible and unprofessional services like this still running. For me this is the first and the last time that I ordered things with them.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very bad customer service. Ordered (furniture worth £1500), no sign of delivery after order was placed 15 days with regular follow ups. I was informed to contact Delivery company myself who informed me that they haven't received any order from West Elm yet (after 15 days of placing the order).
Now, I have asked to cancel my order and issue a refund, not expecting this to happen smoothly either. They are not competent to deal with customers. Save yourself grief and trouble, look elsewhere
