Google Bad Review 1:  I think all the positive reviews are fake as they are all 5 stars from people who only have written 1 review.

Absolutely horrendous experience with the company and the cleaning itself.
First of all I called them about 5 times to arrange a cleaning and left a message and there was no reply but they have good reviews so i was keen to use them. 2 weeks later I called again and finally got through. I booked it in for the next Thursday.

On Wednesday morning they came and called consistently and rang my bell because the phone operator had put the wrong date.

Then the clean itself was awful although the girls were nice enough girls they obviously had no training from the company or even any professional products. I booked an end of tenancy clean for £252 and they didn't even clean any cobwebs, under the beds, behind fridge or any mildew in the bathroom which most professional cleans will have something for. You can even buy this product in Sainsbury's for £5. The company said it was not something they do. The rug clean was good though but my furniture wasn't put back afterwards. Furthermore they threw away my mop and jammed my blind so it doesn't really work well anymore?! When I spoke to the company they said that maybe my blind was broken before and perhaps I should buy a new one!!
They had to come back for a second clean as they do not offer a refund. We arranged the reclean for 3pm on a Saturday. No one turned up at 3pm so I called the company numerous times on numerous numbers and no one picked up. I then got a rude text at 4:30pm saying they would be there in 10-15 mins with no apology or anything even though I had been waiting in the house on my Saturday and I had rushed back from a lunch with friends.
The girls came back and they were very nice but I had to keep asking them to clean the window or under the bed etc even though for an end of tenancy clean absolutely everything should be cleaned! When I asked them if they had cleaned certain things they said “oh no because you didn't mention to clean that”.
I eventually was so exasperated with the situation that I let them leave as I did not want to keep instructing them. The sink was left really dirty and there are still cobwebs and dust and dirt on the floor, no attention to any detail at all.
This company is shockingly bad and have bad customer service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it! The end of tenancy clean is not even as good as my domestic cleaner who charges £20 per week.

UPDATE: I did forget to mention in my review that they did replace the mop with a new one after I emailed to them that it was missing even though they should not have even been using my mop in the first place as their policy is to provide everything. But they still deny that they broke my blind. Furthermore, since the review they have been calling me non-stop. They tried to bribe me with £50 or a re-clean to take down my review and have also threatened me with a court case as they say their clean is not that bad…. Also they insulted my flat and its' “poor condition” and say that is why my blind is broken. Please note there is another review I have found on here where they have been accused of damaging a bathtub which they have yet again denied. Their policy is to replace or repair damaged items but unless you made a video beforehand to PROVE everything was in working order then they just say that they cannot be sure their cleaners broke it!
I feel like most of their other good Google reviews must be fake as they all have similar strange sounding names.

Google Bad Review (2):  A total waste of money, nothing premium or professional. The cleaners were 2 hours late, they came on foot, and so had to carry their equipment which was not professional equipment.The place was empty, thus relatively easy to clean, and the place had no carpets either. They left streaks on the floor after they mopped. None of the ledges of windows (on the inside) or shelves were cleaned, the oven still had stains. Basically, they are not thorough, not enough for an end of tenancy clean. I think this company is a hoax.
