-1 star for losing track of my booking

After enquiring over e-mail, I got a confirmation from Mindaugas that I would be able to drop of my car on a specific date for next day service.

When I arrive, they have no record of my booking to which I show them my e-mail confirmation and ask whether they can slot me in another day of the week and tell them that I am flexible.

-3 stars for the appalling customer services

The reply is “Sorry, we do not have anywhere to leave the car, it is better to telephone in next time to really get a confirmation”. I think any reasonable person would understand that unless this situation is sorted out asap, there would not be any next time.

Not this guy, I have to give him a hint that this is really bad and point out that I basically wasted 2 hours taking time off work, driving there etc. The next reply was “You can call the boss, Mindaugas, perhaps he can help you”. I had to think really hard for a second, do I really want this clown to touch my car and came to the conclusion that it probably deserves better and left.

If I could leave some advice, keep employees who act as owners. Mistakes happens and are a great opportunity to show pro-active leadership but clearly this guy wasn't bothered. Perhaps he is a great mechanic, I will never know, however I highly doubt that he will ever care for another persons car and give you the best service. Hint: get rid of him.

Google Bad Review (2):  This gentlemen uses cheapest products availible, that got nothing to do with BMW parts. They are not an official BMW approved garage. They are reluctant to give any advice or information. I would not recomend it to anyone who cares about their car. Edit: and now you calling me a liar? I had my BMW 525d for service and MOT, only after next service i discovered cheapes filters had been used, can only wonder what sort of oil had been put into my car. Thanks for the offer but I will pass on calling your office, as we do not have anything to discuss. I will avoid you as much as possible.
