Google Bad Review 1:  Appalling customer service. After paying for my upper teeth for Invisalign it took them 2 months to get them ordered and ready to be fitted after constantly calling them for an update – they hadn't ordered it until I called to chase after 3 weeks. Then for my lower teeth, I had to pay extra as they told me it was too crowded but unfortunately I have not heard from them since or been able to get through to them for an update. Also they gave me 4 months worth of supply for my upper teeth, after half way through my sets, they no longer fit – so I tried calling to arrange for an appointment but no answer. I have written to them for a refund but no reply so far. They are actively ignoring my calls and I have to call them on a different number to get answered but the answer is always the same – that they will call you back shortly – which never happens.

DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
I attended my consultation back on 20th September where I was advised by the dentist that I would have my braces put on within under a month of payment. My consultation was 55 minutes late but all went well and i was happy until…. I paid for my brace on the 13th October 17, since this date I have had to chase them up on four if not more occasions.
An appointment was finally booked for the fitting of my aligner, the 15th November with a lot of follow up phone calls however!. The day before my appointment I received a text to say it had been cancelled and to call a particular number to reschedule. I had booked time off work, made arrangements, although when i called the number the lady didn't know anything about it, advising me ‘Kelly' is the right person to speak too and she will call me back. However when i asked when as wanted to know the reasons why and when I can get my braces, the lady's reply was ‘oh it wont be this week, but I'm not sure when'. I wrote a complaint in straight after explaining how awful the service etc, and email was send straight back saying the doctor had an emergency however they could send my aligners in the post… YET the dentist i saw at my consultation advised that i would need to come in so he could put wires in my mouth to correct my over bite before beginning my brace. Cutting along story short, why would a professional dentist post aligners before seeing the customer and fitting it, especially as i was told they would need to correct my overbite before this? I've now requested a refund and am awaiting a reply, which I'm quite confident i doubt ill get a response. It may be cheaper going through west one but its not worth the unprofessional-ism, unorganized and poor service you will receive, if you even receive any!!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely horrible customer service. I would seriously advise any new patients to look elsewhere if they value their time. Woke up at 6:45am just to come in for an 8am appointment. Spent over 55 minute travelling one way to get in to be told first that I didn't have an appointment. Then after showing them my call history and proving that spoke to the receptionist for 5 minutes to make a first appointment for a check-up and cleaning (quoting the treatment prices and all the other information she told me), I was told the new booking system is having issues and “deleted” my appointment with a shrug.

Staff made no attempt to try to squeeze me in or resolve the situation given I was already there. Instead, they said they couldn't see me until late that evening- which would mean over 3 hours travel time in total and a complete waste of train fees just to come back again in the evening for this one appointment.

I don't plan on ever going back given the complete disregard shown for my time and money, and I advise any other possible new patient to be wary, maybe they treat their regulars better.

Google Bad Review (2):  Attended as an NHS patient, the dentist wanted to know how I was ‘Doing for money’ (exact words).when he realised I wanted NHS treatment he lost interest and wouldn’t let me book for another 3 months (because the NHS charging starts from £0 again). I found him rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I have no idea why he advertises as an NHS dentist because he only wants private patients so he can charge ridiculous prices. He wanted £1,000 to provide me with a partial denture – 1 tooth. He is a disgrace.

Google Bad Review 1:  This surgery is run by someone who does not value her customers.

Monica refused to engage with me over the cost of failed treatments at her dental clinic. Moreover, frequent attempts to contact her with severe dental pain went unanswered. I was forced to seek out a new dentist whilst enduring terrible pain.

In addition to this, on reviewing my bills, it's clear that the practice has been stealing from me over the past few years. They have been charging for fillings over and above the rates shown on their website. I would pay very close attention to your invoice before giving Monica any of your hard earned money. True to form, Monica also refused to engage on this topic and has forced me to make a complaint to the Trading Standards Agency. If this is what local, friendly dentists are all about, I'll go elsewhere.

I have no faith in this Dentist or her ability to run a decent surgery.

Google Bad Review 1:  I do not recommend this practice as my cousin had a terrible experience here. Her wisdom tooth extraction surgery did not go perfectly well, which made her tooth broken, so she had to visit the dentist again and pay for the filling. Also, she’s now in pain from the jaw, as the surgeon was careless during the surgery and almost dislocated her jaw.
Their response to her was very inappropriate and just told her these things can happen. She found out that there was even cavity in her other tooth. The dentists here didn’t even notice this when she asked several times to check up properly because of her pain. Now she’s gone to a different dentist and still in pain from the surgery and their negligence

Google Bad Review (2):  I may have been very unlucky, as most reviews I see are positive, but my experience was terrible.
2 years ago I had to find urgently a dentist as I was in pain. I went to Museum Dental Suites and after trying to do a filling, which diodn't solve the issue I had to go back for a root canal treatment. 1 year later I go to another dentist as I am having some discomfort on the same tooth. They tell me that the root canal is not properly done and is very clear that hasn't been done by an specialist. As this was a very expensive treatment I wanted to have a second opinion before doing anything so I went to a different dentist who confirmed exactly the same and recommended to do the root canal again. So in the end I had to have the root canal done again, this time with an specialist, and pay a second time for a very expensive treatment.
I would definitely avoid this clinic, especially for anything other than a regular checkup or maybe a simple treatment. They are also on the higher end of the pricing bracket which don't deserve at all.

Google Bad Review 1:  completely avoid going to this practice IF the lady is treating your teeth Charlie is good but in general the lady is extremely money hungry and has no clue what she is doing, had a filling done that was terribly placed, damaged the tooth and not contoured properly, Charlie tried saving what he can and redone the filling it was better but couldn't save the damage she had already done. she literally only has the job because its a family run otherwise she has no clue what she is doing. I was advised not to let her touch my teeth but I didn't believe them now I regret it. but FEEL FREE TO BOOK WITH CHARLIE HE IS GOOD. still giving one star because the lady completely let down the whole clinic and the staff there.

Google Bad Review (2):  I decided to book an appointment for this dental clinic after seeing all these 5 star reviews – but now I have clearly realised these so-called 5-star reviews are all fake reviews – they are not genuine. Those female staff at reception are horrible – they are so rude – when I entered their clinic, they did not even welcome me with a “hello” – one woman looked at me like I am an alien. When these women see a white patient coming in, they give them a big smile – when they saw me coming in, they looked at me in a strange/weird way like it's their first time seeing an Asian person in their whole life. These women certainly need to learn some manners. What's more, I was clearly confirmed about my appointment by message – but when I arrived, the reception woman was so confused and did not even know what I came for. We all have our work stuff to do – indeed I was late – I was 10 minutes late but no need to be so rude – one woman shouted at me saying I am 30 minutes late (What a terrible arrogant liar) Such horrible women receptionists – would not come to this clinic again that having such bad quality staff. And one woman on the phone she was talking so impatiently – hung up before I even ended my words. Can't believe these horrible & rude women who have no manners at all even existing in the UK.

Google Good Review:  Dr. Saeed was my regular dentist when I lived in London. He was a professional, talented, honest and a kind individual. His assistant Myra is also the nicest person you will meet too. His office has a top of the line technology including print-your-tooth at the spot, what?! I was amazed by this new tech. I never felt any pain for any dental work cause he is highly skilled, I love that he was educated in Sweden and use all the highend German technology. I always have a good chat with him when I go for my semi-annual hygiene visit, we would talk about from saving the planet to world issues: environmental issues, electric cars and etc. He is a vegan too. He is truly a great human being with a gentle soul. If we ever go back to London, I will be sure to visit for routine. If you need a dentist with private insurance or even pay out of your pocket, look no further. Thanks Dr. Saeed and Myra for taking care of my husband and I all these years.

Google Bad Review 1:  I got a Groupon for a scale and polish, the dentist that took my call was very unfriendly once knowing I was a Groupon customer and was being difficult with giving me at appointment!..I was given 1 option for over a months wait!!.. on arrival i was made to wait over 30 mins even though the previous patient had left 30 mins ago, I was again asked to prove my Groupon purchase which I had already emailed over as requested, again the dentist was being difficult on purpose, the scale and polish wasn’t done to well, after treatment I was given a bill of £££ hundreds worth of dental work!.. when only the week before I had had my regular check up With my family dentist and had no problems!.. funny how she was able to give me a appointment immediately for this extra charge! AVOID!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  I went to Dr Chan with very high hopes. My initial consultation was positive, I was assured a white smile and payment details were explained to me. On the day of the treatment however, I barely had any face time with him. He took an impression of my mouth then took payment and sent me away whilst my whitening mouth guard was made. On my return, I was dealt with by his assistant who explained the home care procedure hurriedly to me (only remembering to mention certain details on my way out) – not quite the service I was expecting for the cost! but I remained undeterred because I felt sure the treatment would work. Over the next 3 weeks I watched dejectedly as my teeth colour didn't change. On the follow up appointment Dr Chan compared my before and after pictures and declared that I'd gone up almost 9 shades. I was aghast. From the pictures the difference was almost non existent. He explained that he could do an additional treatment for me at an added cost of £200 which I politely declined. He then offered me a complimentary in chair power whitening session and a further 2 weeks of home care treatment, which I thought was kind and accepted. I am currently halfway through the additional treatment and have still seen no change. It's a real shame as I so wanted to be one of the reviewers on here gushing about my ‘lovely white results' but unfortunately it hasn't been effective

Google Bad Review (2):  Had my teeth done last year and although initially there was a nice difference a year later my teeth are exactly as they were before. If I wanted a temporary difference I would have just bought cheap whitening products not paid 600 pounds. The team is very nice there but I do feel a disappointed in my result.
