Google Bad Review 1:  Yeah great experience if you are really rich. A small problem which could be fixed in 2hrs charged you £100 : ) and they will tell you how much to charge even if they haven’t check the computer yet : ) and no notification or confirmation emails at all.
Just be careful, especially Chinese students hhh.
If you can go to Apple store just go to official store first : )
Anyway great experience. Really worthy work.

About your reply:

Sorry you didn’t solve my problem, it still can’t connect to network. But it runs smoothly now. I even didn’t check network when I picked up. God.

I didn’t go to Apple before turned to you. I just called them. But it seems like I have to go to Apple now.

Great experience for me, 中国话，吃一堑长一智。
(A fall into the pit, a gain in your wit)

And thanks for your three months warranty, really.

100 pounds pay for my silly choice.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Anna

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst experience ever. It can take them over 7 months to fix any broken item. When they “fix it” it breaks again after a few months so is like money down the sink. They keep trying to “fix it” but the only thing they do is badly fix it so you will keep coming back and paying them money. Customer service is terrible: they don’t reply to the emails. When you agree to meet them they show up 20 minutes late and the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. We are definitely not going to work with them ever again.
