Google Bad Review (2):  Very bad experience, for all the prospective landlords and tenants if you want a hell like experience engage with this company. I myself a landlord and it wasn’t pleasant dealing with them. Especially avoid rental guarantee scheme and also please check the contract’s issued by them it is poorly written not 1 percent favourable to the landlords or tenants the whole contract is in favourable to the company you will be left with no option than to regret. And the final thing before I conclude very poor maintenance.

Google Bad Review (2):  Was not happy with the low valuation given, have since had other valuations by more local companies which are £10k higher and have now seen that a very similar property sold recently with a higher price was omitted from the report in favour of a completely different ex-council property with a lower sold price in order to justify my low valuation. This was a shared ownership resale valuation and I can’t help but think that they work to benefit the housing association NOT the actual person paying for the survey. Waste of money since I cannot use the report and overpriced compared to other companies. I did query the report and just wasn’t happy with the justifications given.
