Google Bad Review 1:  Hansons Estates has posted a reply to my original review (please see below). The reply reveals their mind-numbing stupidity. First, maintaining a “database” of past clients without explicit authorization is a GDPR violation since none of us specifically consented to be in their “database” forever. So, Hansons just publicly admitted to breaking the law. Second, Suzie Dennis is a nickname, the name I use for legal/financial transactions is different. If my review is removed, I will take appropriate steps to ensure that an appropriate review and response is re-posted. The authenticity of my review is confirmed by the fact that I named a specific staff member I dealt with (and if necessary, I am ready to provide more very specific details – e.g., architecture of your office). Rather than trying to mend their ways, Hansons is attempting to distort reality, which is not going to happen. Also, on the note of fake reviews, it is very clear that some of the other reviews are not genuine/from friends & family. It is hard to find an organization that has only 1 star and 5 star reviews (instead of a spectrum); it clearly means that some of the 5 star ones are fake! And I will not contact a bunch of rude, lazy and arrogant nincompoops as I already found a place. The sole purpose of the review is to let others know what they are getting into!

Hanson Estates is the WORST residential letting agent in the area. They are incompetent, and do not hesitate to lie blatantly about anything. They harassed me at every step; I finally decided to go with a different agency. Specifically, letting agent Karmdeep Chana is a rude and lazy piece of human garbage. These people deserve negative stars (unfortunately there is no such option, otherwise that would have been my rating). If I had time, I would have followed up with the Property Ombudsman to make sure their license is revoked (but going after these cockroaches is probably not worth the effort).

Google Bad Review (2):  Called them for a flat to let they advertised and they took all my details then said someone will call for the open house viewing which never happened.
Just wondering why you take specific details about people's earning, how many kids and how old ..etc and ask long detailed questions if you're wasting their time.
