Google Bad Review 1:  I rented with J T Clarke (dealing variously with Marsha, Jerome and Jason). Seems they couldn’t be bothered to update our details when I moved in and signed the lease so this means my deposit is being transferred to some woman I’ve never met who lived there prior to me. I should get the money back, assuming this woman then transfers it to us. Pure laziness from J T Clarke and not remotely apologetic. Would give them no stars if I could.

Google Bad Review 1:  Worst property manager we have ever dealt with, list of issues include:

– not getting issues fixed when requested without multiple emails following up

– failing to add one of us to the tenancy agreement and thus not notifying the landlord or being able to provide a reference for one of us for our time there

– unresponsive to emails about move out date, denied that emails were ever sent to them (despite resending those emails back to them again) then tried to charge us for a full week after vacating the flat as they failed to organize the check out process

– has almost been two months and we are still fighting to get our deposit back. We intend to go through the TDS unless there is action by end of this week.

– to add insult to injury, petty additional charges like £30 per person to get a reference letter just verifying we lived in the property

This was mind-blowingly unprofessional service. Would recommend that tenants and landlords avoid.

Google Bad Review (2):  If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely useless. Was a tenant for a year which was more than enough. Had multiple issues from dead mice, mould infestation, constant sewage leaks in car park (actual human waste blocking me getting to my car) and agent was unresponsive, never took any of my phone calls. No resolution was made. Just glad I was able to get out of there bearing in mind I was paying a substantial amount for this property that was ‘canary wharf’ – was poplar . We were only a young couple and they fully took advantage of us – absolute scumbags. Please see pics attached) We warned you ‍♂️

Google Bad Review 1:  100% THE WORST lettings agency I have ever had to work with. They move you into dirty (but very expensive) flat where the is human faeces in the toilet, default on promises of Internet and television access (very important to have ASAP as we were moving from abroad), don't answer the phone or call you back when requested, getting any information out of them is impossible, they don't respond to maintenance requests in your home and then last of all when tryin to move out they withhold £3000 worth of deposit and give no reason. They are the most rude, unprofessional and scheming company I have ever dealt with and would hate to see anyone have to endure the same treatment. Appalling.

Google Bad Review (2):  I've worked with many letting and estate agents in London. MyLondonHome were the least competent, most aggressive, and in several cases outright bullying towards us. The didn't know the difference between a sub-sale and a contract re-assignment, selling us the former as the latter and even fought with the solicitors to defend their incorrect interpretation. It was only after the solicitors sussed out the details that the agents backed off. They also pulled dirty tricks like emailing at 9am asking for a commitment from us then emailing again mid-afternoon to “confirm our lack of interest.” I will never work with them if there's any breathing alternative.

Google Bad Review 1:  I am a professional landlord and to my great regret gave Outlet 2 of my properties to manage. A total disaster from start to finish. Unprofessional and incompetent every interaction with Outlet was painful. To add insult to injury they are outrageously over prices and their service useless. Using this agency was the biggest mistake I have made in 20 years in the business. Avoid them at all cost they are probably the worst letting agency in London.

Weeks have passed with no indication of the deposit being returned.

The service is all well and good when they want your money, but when they need to return your deposit it is a different story.

I would suggest all tenants to leave a review after you have your deposit returned.

Google Bad Review (2):  STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!! They have no integrity and do not have any principles or morals on how to do business. Stealing from deposits for little scratches on the wall that were reported during the inventory, finding any possible excuse like finger prints to take money from the deposit. I'd recommend you deal with more honest agencies, plenty of them in London
