Google Bad Review 1:  Horrible experience. Do not work with Sophie Gittins, extremely unprofessional. She signed us to flat and assured us that the bathroom would have been cleaned before we moved in. But she didn't notify us that the tile was actually ruined and wrote back to us saying “It's clean, it's not dirty, it's stained” and that they would be unwilling to replace it. Be careful before signing and trusting an agent!
