Google Bad Review (2):  We contracted a furnished property but when we came in… surprise! there were no furniture!! They arranged some new furniture after some days so it was ok (thanks we still had the previous property, otherwise I could have slept on the floor!). The real issues came when we left the property. We waited ages for the deposit to be back to our account as they were no responsive (we always paid on time). During the check out even tried to charge us for a useless hover that they previously asked to put in the bin. If you decide to go ahead, keep evidence on writing of absolutely everything.

To put another of how unreasonable they were is when they considered that £120 was a fair amount to paint a room, after living there for 37 month and the apartment never being decorated during that time! Specially when the citizen advice website quotes: “Your landlord can't take money from your deposit for ‘reasonable wear and tear' – this means things that would gradually get worse or need replacing over time, for example paintwork, or a piece of furniture”.

The only option the managing partner gave was to dispute this and wait longer time! I hope this explains why 1 star
