Google Bad Review (2):  If I could give zero, I would with no hesitation. Currently renting one of their flats in Haringey, Strettons are beyond imagination. We got in and the flat was basically falling apart with wholes on the kitchen floor, rotting skirting and yellow stains on the walls. Unbelievable. They are extremely disrespectful, they have been ignoring our simple requests since day 1. I had to escalate to the Council to have the bloody front door fixed after 7 embarrassing months paying rent. Please, from the bottom of my heart, DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AND SAVE YOURSELVES FROM HUMILIATION AND FRUSTRATION. Strettons should be ashamed of themselves.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very sadly, I entrusted Michael Bennett of BestGapp with the letting of my property. A security key was given to an un-Named tenant whose background had never been checked, and who appears to have lived at my property in addition to the Named tenant. I discovered my property was seriously dilapidated after only 3mths when I initiated the Q1 inspection that Michael had failed to. After refusing to either act in or represent my interests at all, I was obliged to fire BestGapp. Tenant left, but – yet again in breach of the AST and apparently on the advice of Michael – failed to professionally clean the property, having also taken belongings of the property. BestGapp have held a lien over the deposit that I paid to register at the DPS and have refused to allow the DPS to adjudicate, which I believe to be illegal (criminal). A hugely stressful, distressing and time-consuming experience that BestGapp have ensured through their adversarial conduct cannot be resolved amicably. The damage to my property exceeds the net rent achieved by BestGapp by a factor of 2-3x. Unregulated (until proven otherwise) Cowboys! Myself and my property were placed at virtually unlimited Risk through my misplaced Trust in BestGapp.

It should be illegal to overcharge us as they are for the services they are providing: £500 for management fees per flat, (it is a maisonette, so no communal areas), which are – raising couple of invoices and finding yearly insurance. Wow, that must really be a tough job!
However it takes them ages to reply to emails.

Thank you for your reply. As expected no one contacted me. Furthermore, we have been charged incorrectly and for 3 weeks we are trying to get someone to look in to our account and no one bothers, we are just being chased for incorrect payment!

Google Bad Review 1:  Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right.

Google Bad Review (2):  Called about an advertised property to rent. When I told It is for myself and my 17 years old son it was clear they weren`t happy about it and I was told that they will call me and they never did. Not recommended.
