Google Bad Review 1:  Extremely rude and arrogant staff. So my wife walks in with her colleague to the shop to enquire about a Persian rug. She asks twice about the price, but the “salesman/dofus” just stares blankly and ignores them while he continues biting his nails. It's pretty pathetic that in this day and age, and in a metropolitan city like London, some shopkeepers are still “uncivilised”. Perhaps the complexion of the skin tones was not to his liking. Oh well. Ophrah faced the same treatment once.

Google Bad Review (2):  Would strongly dissuade anyone from selling anything to Essie's Carpets. Unfair pricing. Essie himself is incredibly rude, and I'm afraid to add deceptive. Offered in writing a certain price for my carpet and then when I came in person he refused to honour this (despite proof). You will be offered a very low price and met with made up “costs” from Essie.
