Turned up an hour late – 2 Cleaners for 4 hours and this is the standard of the work despite the house being empty and specifically asking for the bathroom to be deep cleaned! Called to tell them, after not picking up 17 times they WhatsApp me have given me every excuse possible like “not enough time” and “it was an estimate”, even though they told us how long they needed after we told them the size of the house and what needed to be done!!! Could not recommend less and genuinely cannot believe this are operating under this standard!

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I used Amazing Services on the morning of the 23rd of April for an end of tenancy clean in my flat.
As per the companies terms and conditions I left the flat during the cleaning process. I went to a friends nearby and awaited the phone call I was told I would receive 20 minutes before they were finished so I could come back and check everything was up to standard.
After waiting four and a half hours (estimated clean time was 2-3 hours) I went round to find that they had left.
The general cleaning was good on first impression. Floors were mostly clean (apart from a couple of shoe imprints in the wooden floor from mopping). But on further inspection I found a few things that truly shocked me.
In the bathroom I discovered un-flushed urine sitting in the toilet bowl (which at service cost of £177 I found unacceptable).
I then started to notice that there were items missing from the bathroom.
There was nothing on the companies website OR in the terms and conditions I received via email saying that cleaning products should be removed before the clean or they will be disposed of.
My landlady is in the process of very kindly donating the flat to a Ukrainian family of refugees, so myself and some friends had pulled together a lot of cleaning supplies, tea towels, toilet rolls, soaps etc for the family. These were all tidied away in cupboards that I had already cleaned. I was disgusted to see that this cleaning company managed to dispose of ALL of the kitchen and bathroom supplies that were full and clearly left with intent for the next tenants.
When I let the cleaners in they said nothing about anything being thrown away, otherwise I would have asked them not to do so / taken them out of the property whilst they cleaned.
I tried to call the company numerous times with no answer. I sent an email to Amazing Services and received a phone call two hours later.
Sadly I did not get the name of the man I spoke to but he was very rude and said that that was just their end of tenancy protocol but he failed to tell me where this was written or when I was told about this. He was very unsympathetic about the whole situation and the ten minute phone call left me extremely upset and angry. He did tell me that the missing stuff was probably still in my wheelie bin and that if I wanted it I could go get it..
I paid a lot of money for this service to be done by professionals and was told I wouldn’t be receiving a penny back in compensation…which would only be going back to supplying more necessary items for the future family.
I chose this company because of their great reviews. It’s sad to see that their work does not keep up with their apparent great online image.
I am not the type of person to complain about this type of thing and this is actually my first ever Google review but I am so appalled about how I was treated by Amazing Services that I felt that other people should know what kind of service this company really offers.

I will focus on the facts.

1st clean: The cleaner did not show up. I called and was told I was sent an email about approving VAT on top of the fee initially quoted. I never received the email and I should point out that their email address was on my safe list and I always check my junk folder. The cleaner ended coming for 2 hours instead of 4 hours and later than planned.
2nd clean: They had a backlog due to the tube strike. To help, I agreed to move my booking to Saturday and told them I was cancelling activities with my daughter to accommodate. They confirmed in writing the cleaner would be there at 9.30am on Saturday. On Saturday, at 9.45am, I receive a message that the cleaner will come at 10.30am. No excuse. Not asking if it worked for me and my family. I called and was told the time had never been confirmed. I got upset as I do not appreciate people lying to me. I was told I was not understanding and could go find another agency. I had to remind them I changed family plans to accommodate the booking. When the cleaner arrived, she confirmed she was booked for 9.30am.
I think we had 2 or 3 cleans with no issue.
Last week: The cleaner is sick, which I appreciate happens. No solution offered. The agency does not even offer to find another cleaner on another day.
This week: I ask if the cleaner will attend or a cover will be find and I need an answer by Wednesday. No answer. On Thursday, I am told she will attend and wants to change bedsheets every 2 weeks. I inform them it is too late and I made other arrangements. I confirm that sheets need to be clean every week. Google Bad Review 1:  They were commissioned to provide an End of Tenancy Clean, they did this, to a very poor standard, only cleaned areas where they viewed dirt/mess/debris, unable to clean fridge/freezer, (although pulling out drawers, simple task) rubbish, debris under beds, under sofas, rotting fruit, left in property, basic cleaning of cutlery draws ‘not completed’ requested a re-clean, they only re-cleaned the areas I commented on and indicated they would need to charge me extra, for the other areas, that were part cleaned.
I had to clean the property myself, managing tasks, room to room, as unclear what was actually completed, by the company, As was working within, a time frame.

I have had several EOT cleans, never experienced such poor service/cleaning practices, financially inconvenienced and valuable time I spent undertaking these tasks personally.

Would NOT recommend!

Google Bad Review (2):  I ordered an end of tenancy clean with a few add ons. Thought I would give Crown Cleaners a go as they had availability. Big mistake.

Why? Not thorough and didn’t get stains out as asked.
They supposedly have a 72 hour satisfactory service whereby they go back and clean if they didn’t do it right the first time. The response I get when I raised my queries with them ‘we’re human and they had a comeback for everything, pretty much denying liability.

Awful service, best go with another company who actually do a good job and honour their end of the deal.
I cannot recommend Crown Services.
