Google Bad Review 1: Awful customer service. Booked a slot for a phone interview which was cancelled, I then re-arranged as they requested and they cancelled on me again. I offered more available time which they were unable to do any of them. I then sent another email explaining that I was very disappointed with this awful communication and customer service and never received a reply. A week later my mum also tried to book a time slot with them for me which was confirmed at the time and then cancelled again the next day due to a ‘technical glitch' again and they never replied to her emails either.

Google Bad Review (2): It is difficult to comprehend how this company is still in operation.
Although the quality of the delivery is excellent, the company itself has many obvious problems.
Sessions are conducted in what seems to be a back stage storage area, with very little room to move amongst piles of junk. There is little privacy and it is very noisy.
It is an incredibly expensive service, with a high turnover of staff. When talking to the coaches I have realised they are earning probably one third of the total fee. It is obvious they are stressed and doing their best with little support and resourcing from absent management – who are based abroad!
There is very little advantage to pay a premium to use Seven Coaching when the coaches can be hired directly and provide better service.
