Google Bad Review: I booked a car a month ago with you at a good rate and have previously used your service before with no issues, I now get a call the night before I'm meant to pick the car up for which I've already paid for (money has been exchanged in full) and have made plans for the weekend and I have not passed the identity check so am now left without a car for the weekend for which I will now suffer financially. I am going to make a formal complaint with the ombudsmen as your process for telling customers less than 24 hours before they are due to pick up the car is a disgrace! I will never use your company again and will also warn others not to do so! I am so annoyed as the person on the phone was no help, you'd think maybe you'd want to help keep your customers and provide a great service so that if they don't pass the identity check they have enough time to arrange an alternative solution! Absolutely disgusting service and will be sharing this feedback on all social media so people can be warned to never use your company when hiring a vehicle!!!!!!
