Google Bad Review 1:  Absolute shamble. Not helpful at all, all they care about is making money for themselves. Avoid at all cost! Took over 2 years for my claim to come through and they end up taking 24% of the claim, on top of all the money they make off you by claiming a daily amount car hire which they provide to you from a partner company, which they know will rack up into thousands before the other insurance company has a chance to respond. This company needs to be investigated by authorities. This company is one of the reasons Insurance rates increase for everyone. Complete scrum, don't be fooled by there act.
