Google Bad Review:  Shocking service complete waste of money , missed a big crack in the ensuite shower tray , caused us a lot of hassle with the builder, who said it should of been picked up , when I asked for a partial refund was sent an aggressive email saying I was jumping on the claims band wagon! our survey was a complete waste of money.
