Google Bad Review 1:  Do not use this firm for personal injury claims!! After 2 years you will still be waiting for their movement. Communication is cold, rude and patronising. Attention to detail is non existent. Your best interests will not be served. You will be ignored. If you then challenge their service they will drop you into the bin.
In reply to your answer Ms King – I'm in your dustbin of unwanted clients and I got sick to death of trying to contact to you. Congratulations in getting thousands from my insurers for absolutely no service.
My opportunity to obtain justice for serious physical abuse is gone because of your horrific service.

02/10/2020 update of the FACTS:-
Actually Ms King, your exact excuse to my legal insurers was ‘we cannot work with this client' because I sent you a huge list of points you failed to notify to Counsel when requesting the first Counsel report.
Do you want a copy of the email where you apologised to me and promised to send the missed data for another Counsel report??HOWEVER another Counsel report would cost you £1000 and you should have covered that fee because you messed up your original submission to Counsel. So you decided the best strategy was to totally ignore me when I asked for updates on the reviewed report. You then contacted me to say you were dropping the case. You sent a bill of thousands to my insurers for your failure and my insurers told me I was allowed to find another legal representative but I would need to pay for a new Counsel report because you messed up.
By they way DID YOU EVER SEND THAT MISSED DATA TO COUNSEL? EVIDENCE PLEASE! I'm quite happy to show your emails to anyone on here who contacts me.
I suffered physical abuse from an employer and I can post on here the pictures of my body injuries that you probably deleted with my dumped case.
Don't you dare call yourselves professional lawyers.
