Google Bad Review 1:  Charged £95 just to be told they have no idea what's wrong with it! Do not believe all the fluffy reviews. Late last year I also went thinking that as a BMW specialist they could get to the bottom of my E90 engine knocking. After test driving and diagnostic was told they don't really know what the issue is. Well Naz mate, if you checked properly you'd had found that cylinder 3 and 4 was miss firing due to the coil packs. Once changed the car has been running smooth ever since! Thanks to Ryans Garage all the way in West Ruislip for that. I'm sure they are usually a good garage but have to give them a one star for that.

Had a really bad experience with a full service on my vehicle, after collecting the car and driving it home the coolant light came on. After inspection (pictures attached) you could see that the technician had forgotten to screw the coolant cap back on after inspection. This caused the coolant to steam and empty completely leaving residue over the engine compartment..

After complaining to BMW Berry of Croydon the response was to apologise for the error and to return the car so they could clean the engine and reimburse me for the coolant I had to add.
This didn't give me confidence in the quality of work carried out during the rest of the £600 plus service. I have requested to speak to someone more senior but to date have had no reply. Would recommend seeking out another dealership to carry out any future works. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Google Bad Review 1:  If you want to be Cheated and Defrauded, then buy a pre-leased or EX-Rental from BMW, (So called approved used BMW)
They tamper with the Odometer by putting the Mileage down. Please don't take my word only, but check
my car MOT history (its Free online) WV60 VXM
see how the car had 130,000 Miles and they lowered it to 81,000 Miles.
Also the Warranty is a scam.
Lets see how the Dealer explain the Mileage on the car above.
It is not the Dealer's fault as such as the Cars they are given to sell are bad and hence all problems (There is an old saying that a Fish start to Rot from the Head).

Also the warranty is a Scam and useless, due to Tampered with Mileage.
Tell BMW UK to stop Defrauding the consumer.
BMW Uk relies on the fact that for the first 3 years cars do not need MOT, and therefore no records and BMW tampers with the Odometer.

Google Bad Review 1:  Google doesn’t supply a low enough rating to rate this ‘garage’ first off i drove from Newcastle to York to view the car I was wanting to buy, I asked for paint work to be fixed which did not get fixed infact it looked like I had tipex on my car, not only this I was told that they had fixed an airbag problem and the warning light would disappear within a few days which obviously didn’t happen,
Now 3 weeks later the car went into limp mode when I was driving at 60mph and the car suddenly dropped to 20 with no warning and nearly killed me and cause a very serious accident, I rang Sterling and told them that it is their responsibility to fix the car so yes I drove an additional 80miles back to York with this car and they took the car in and ‘couldn’t find a fault’ ‘sometimes faults fix themselves’ picked my car up 2 weeks later!!! And the following day the car had 4 engine management lights come back on! Rang sterling motors back they said to return the car and they would fix the paint work, and resolve the car, another 2 weeks I was without my car, They told me they took the car to Mercedes to fix my car they have only fixed the car and I had it handed the car back to me so I am now 7 months on and still have problems with this Mercedes’s, and infact the problems are the same ones as they supposedly got Mercedes to fix. I urge anyone reading this to run for the hills and not buy any car off this company I have been lied to from the start, now when I bought this car I was told it had 2 owners before me and had 34500 (this car is diesel) and is a 4 years old when the log book came I was infact the 5th owner, so if you do the maths why on earth has this 4 year old car been passed around 5 People in the space of 4 years, there are clearly issue with the car and they have now sold me this waste of space. Absolutely disgusting the condition this car is in, infact it’s embarrassing. There are 27 fault codes on this car. And when the owner reads this i urge him to contact myself before I contact him

Wasn’t allowed to test drive the car and was promised the vehicle came with certain features but after a long mess up and a two hour wait to collect the car we were rushed out the door and could not inspect the vehicle. Once brought home the vehicle did not have the requisite promised features and they did nothing to resolve the issue. The complaints department are useless and do not take into account the promises made to the customer!

Google Bad Review 1:  Purchased a car in May from Paragon. The car is in ok shape but I would not recommend anyone I know to buy from here.

Communications about the car before arrival was all fine, transfer of number plate and all paperwork all done so I did not have to do anything on that side of things.
However, the car.. So on the Friday we whatsapp messaged about the car and it was agreed I would come and see the car on the Sunday. A couple more messages on the Saturday so they 100% knew i was coming on the Sunday. When I arrived, the car was filthy! which made it hard to check for dents and marks. I was told that the section of the premises always gets dirty from the river but the other end of the premises doesn't, so i have no idea why they didn't move the car when they knew i was coming.

Also when i arrived on the time agreed on, I was just left with the car and the salesmen said he was going off on a test drive with someone else that arrived at the same time. Then when i test drove the car they literally gave me a 3/4 minute drive down to a roundabout and back.
Checking over the car, my car had quite low tyre tread and rear brakes pads so make sure you check all parts of the car.

Since buying the car I have been to my Mercedes dealer and had a diagnosis check. I have had to buy a new NOX sensor, Panoramic roof oil, 4 new tyres as 3 were low and 1 was not a runflat tyre. Also had to buy a new alloy as 1 has been repaired/welded before which I obviously could not check at the time. Which would potentially mean te car may have been in an accident before? overall that is costing me almost £2.5k

Mercedes told me to message Paragon about the alloy to try work something out which I did but i got no reply.. Shock

So I am now left with a car and just hoping there is nothing else that I was not told about that I need to fork out for

I've called during normal working hours on weekdays and weekends and still nobody ever seems to answer the phone.

Just impossible to speak to anyone regarding appointments or queries. How are you supposed to book a service if you can't contact the centre? Unfortunately can't avoid the place as it's the only nearby location – which is equally frustrating as you're forced to endure further bad customer service because you have no alternative.

Google Bad Review 1:  Trying to book a service on a motorbike is mission Impossible you can’t get through the phone line to speak to anyone at Motorrad , you keep leaving messages but no one call you back when finally you manage to get in after trying for days you get there and it’s booked on the wrong day as this happen many times I tried to get a confirmation via Email but they can’t do that … eventually they take your bike as the poor guys behind the desk does his best to serve you but feels embarrassed by the terrible customer service experience,
Sadly doesn’t end there ,once one of the consultant send you the estimate via email ( Email is fine for the estimate …) for the work to be done , you reply and agree to what you want to be done and then no reply, and the cycle repeats again , can’t get through on the phone You leave messages no one get back to you , neither via email…
I do believe the technician working on the bike are great but what an appalling customer service, they have my bike and I am still waiting after two days for someone to tell me what is going on…
