Google Bad Review 1:  I was asked email or paper receipt. I opted email but when I checked and waited for 10 minutes I recieved nothing. I went back to the cashier to ask for paper receipt as I didn't recieve the email. She was very rude towards me, said straight away that she cant do anything about it. Said I shouldn't have asked for an email then. Was sarcastic and said calm down when I wasnt even raising my voice. She was told by another cashier to look for the woman who did the transaction on her till but she's gone for lunch. Only then one cashier interrupted and informed them that the last 10 transactions can be easily printed off. She did it in seconds and I appreciated her doing it. I think the staff are not fully trained on the till as the rude cashier was unaware of this. Also there needs to be training on customer service, it's not my fault I never got the email and I needed a receipt to have guarantee on my product. I wasnt very happy with my experience at Dunelm, Staples Corner today!

Google Bad Review (2):  Had made to measure curtains manufactured and i've never had a worse experience in my life. The main curtains fit correctly but the side curtains were far too short. We raised an issue with Dunelm but they were so slow to address the problem and often times did not reply. We had to chase them up frequently and the staff had no idea what was going on when we went to visit. Would not recommend at all. It took them over 3 months to make the curtains again.
