Google Bad Review 1:  Poor quality workmanship and product! Shuttersup installed shutters for us in Bromley some years ago. Initially happy approx 4 years on the shutters have warped, the paint has split and looks tatty. I removed the shutters to replace with another blind to find a complete mess of the plaster concealed by the frame, NO wall plugs which has blown the plaster. The walls were newly plastered before the shutters were installed. Very disappointing!

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID !!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Who writes the reviews for them as I don't believe anyone genuinely think they are good ? We had our shutters made at the same time as my sister and guess what , not just take can’t use a tape to measure properly ( the shutters are way too small for our windows) but they wont take any criticism either. I will now be reporting them to trading standards and legal ombudsman. Absolutely disgusting , they are disgrace to the trade and we genuinely feel sorry for their installers as they have to put up with the poor quality and their incompetent surveyors mistakes, wasting time trying to make it look” good” if you can even call it that!!! What a waste of time . Don't attempt to complain either , better report them as they are just rude and they wont take any responsibility WHATSOEVER. They should also stop giving themselves the good reviews on here. Hopefully more people will come forward and sort them out !!!

Google Bad Review 1:  I had ordered 4 pairs of curtains but only 2 pairs were delivered. As mentioned on my email and on Dunelm website I went to my nearest store (Dartford) to sort this out either by returning the partial delivery or arranging the delivery of remaining items. But the store staff did not help at all, they just asked to contact Customer care number which no one answers. Other businesses normally treat costomers in a much better way and try to sort out such issues for the customers rather that asking customers to call on a phone number or online chat etc. It was Dunelm's mistake so I expected them to sort this out for me. After this experience, I will avoid shopping at Dunelm online or at this store considering store staff were so unhelpful.

Google Bad Review (2):  Shockingly bad service from the curtain department of Dunelm in Dartford staff. A catalogue of mistakes and errors by them. None of the staff have any proper experience with curtains or their fittings and I have been left with a load of messy rags that dont look or hang nicely. The plastic of the track is cheap and flimsy which has been installed with sharp angles in the middle so the curtain runner get caught on it. They cost me a lot of money. I will never buy curtains from Dunelm again. They refuse to accept responsibility for their incompetence. The store manager is never available.

Google Bad Review 1:  waited over two months for the three blinds, then LondonBlinds4U cancels the order leaving me in a pickle with my tenants who have patiently waited for nothing. Customer service is poor and disrespectful.

Google Bad Review (2):  Blinds looked awful, had a large ugly join in them about a third of the way down which isn’t covered over and allows light through. The need for a join wasn’t mentioned during the visit to measure up, was mentioned on the phone afterwards and I was told that it wouldn’t really be noticeable, which was totally false. No effort made to try and make it right, I had to go elsewhere to buy a new set of blinds to replace them they looked so bad.
