Google Bad Review 1:  Ok I used to use this salon on a regular basis a few years ago and it was excellent as you can see from previous reviews .

I have since relocated to Norfolk

However I decided to use this salon yesterday while visiting my parents .

On the way I received a text message to say the the salon director wasn’t there so I had the salon designer or whatever they call them.

I went well prepared with a clear picture of how I’d like my hair cut.

I quick glance from the stylist ok cool!
I said do you think that’s the right cut for me?
“Yes, perfect “

Well I know I’m not a pretty young model but you decide for yourself if my new cut ( that took 30 mins exactly from when I walked in to when I walked out) resembles the pic I presented, the picture that somehow keeps disappearing from this review.

Not a cheap haircut £53 expected more from this salon.
To be honest I phoned them this morning and complained also sent in all the above photos.
I asked for a refund as there was no way I could get all the way back to Beckenham from Norfolk
The lady I spoke to said the cut was very close.
I beg to differ
Off to Spec Savers young lady!

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst hair cut I have had in years. I only realised the following day, after I washed my hair and saw what a terrible job the senior hairdresser had done. After two weeks it looks even worse. On top of everything the immensely inept girl who washed my hair managed to get my clothes all wet. I did not complain, as I don't want to go back there to have it re-done.
