Google Bad Review (2):  I checked in and went to my room, which was very run down. I was only staying one night so I figured I could make it through. Tv didn’t work, I saw a lady in the lobby whos name is Adedayo who was do rude and with a disgusting ghetto mentality that felt like she owns the place I was about to call the police on her after arguing for an hour. Her attitude was very stink and rotten. she had a weird body odour. I have no idea why a worldwide company such as the Holiday Inn are employing the sort of people to represent their brand. I just cannot believe the level of insult I got from this lady. Another member of staff came to calm me down and I was later upgraded to a better room. And even though I got a better room I didn’t feel safe staying there because after I went to the front desk and there was a guy and his son talking with the front desk girl (I think it was the people from the room next to me) they said that they changed rooms last night and woke up with bites all over them… Wow this was sooooo bad! This lady need the one night I said there hell. At one point I nearly called the police. I expect to hear from someone in higher authority very soon before I take this to social media and all the media houses in London.
