Not very happy with the way I am treated when I go to this shop. The last incident was the last straw. I had an urgent appointment but on my way I stopped off to buy some cake supplies. The lady who owns the store was more fascinated with talking to another customer about his Porche than serving me. She then asked him if she could see his car, he pointed out that I was waiting and she said it doesn't matter. I bit my tongue because I really needed the items.

However, this is nothing new, I feel I am always treated with a certain level of contempt when I enter the store, even though I am going to spend my money in there. Irrespective of the amount I spent I would expect to be treated like every other customer, and not just like a mere nuisance.

I have sworn never to enter this store again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does because the customer service is appalling.
