Google Bad Review 1: I wanted to have balloons from Balloon Belles for my 30th birthday party last night. I emailed them a week ago to ask if they could provide balloons for my party and they emailed back to say that they were free which was amazing at such short notice. They gave me a WhatsApp number to message them on so that communication would be easier. I Whatsapped them and after one reply I never heard back. I Whatsapped them 3 times and could see that they had read all of my messages but no one replied. I called them and emailed them but nothing. It was so strange to have no communication back from them at all. I wouldn't have minded if they couldn't do my party in the end but they should have emailed me to say that instead of ignore me. It resulted in me having no balloons for my party at all last night as I was waiting on Ellie and Mia from Balloon Belles to reply. I am extremely disappointed and am left feeling very frustrated. I would not recommend Balloon Belles as you may be left without any decorations like I was. I am not one for writing negative reviews, I always recommend suppliers that I have for weddings or parties but this was such an awful experience that I feel leaving a bad review may be the only way that I get a response from Ellie and Mia as to why I have been ignored.
