Google Bad Review (2):  Dishonest people! Get your service done at a different Audi repair centre. I was told that my car would have a full one-hundred and something point inspection and that I would also be shown a summary of the general findings on the Audi cam. They didn't even bother with the Audi cam and I'm assuming that they gave the same effort towards the inspection because a few weeks later my car failed it's MOT at a different Audi repair centre with a fault that they said should've been noticed during the service as it was a long-term mechanical issue. I contacted the Wimbledon repair centre after this but eventually gave up after an endless trail of emails with one of the management team. He believed that because I paid a very low price for the repair at the other Audi repair centre, that this should have made up for it.

Aside from this, when I collected my car, I asked why all the windows didn't open when I held down the unlock key. The lady told me that my car might not have that feature despite me telling her I have done it before. She said it can be investigated for 60 to 70 pounds. I told her to leave it. I went home and all I had to do was change the settings which took about a minute. Honestly, the staff at this place don't seem to know what they're doing. They have a lot to learn from the other Audi repair centres.

And to Chantelle who responded to my review asking me to email. Why bother when I have wasted time doing so in the past? You only care because I posted this review and others will see it.

Save your time and money people! Take your beautiful cars elsewhere!

Google Bad Review 1:  I live on Palmerston Road Wimbeldon which is very near this dealership. Just gone 8am every weekday morning a silver Audi LV70 FTK comes down our 20 mph limit road at speeds of over 50 mph. My son is 3 and we have to cross the road often at that time. We also have the rear entrance to a primary school on our street. The sales person should be utterly ashamed of themselves. I just hope someone sees some sense before a child is injured. Avoid these jumped up lads…..

Google Bad Review (2):  Came this morning Friday, 4th.jan'19 at 9.30a to look at some Q5's which I've seen on Marshall website. Apart of eager receptionist not much to say about Audi in Wimbledon, rather rich borough with big potentials. Obviously Audi has enough money to ignore the fact.
Not a single Q5 in stock !!!! Suppose to be hot crossover SUV. One of the representatives came and told me exactly that. Just one sold Q5 which was very basic as equipment was concern and I wasn't able to have a test drive, as he car was sold already.
Don't think I will venture there again.

Google Bad Review 1:  Google doesn’t supply a low enough rating to rate this ‘garage’ first off i drove from Newcastle to York to view the car I was wanting to buy, I asked for paint work to be fixed which did not get fixed infact it looked like I had tipex on my car, not only this I was told that they had fixed an airbag problem and the warning light would disappear within a few days which obviously didn’t happen,
Now 3 weeks later the car went into limp mode when I was driving at 60mph and the car suddenly dropped to 20 with no warning and nearly killed me and cause a very serious accident, I rang Sterling and told them that it is their responsibility to fix the car so yes I drove an additional 80miles back to York with this car and they took the car in and ‘couldn’t find a fault’ ‘sometimes faults fix themselves’ picked my car up 2 weeks later!!! And the following day the car had 4 engine management lights come back on! Rang sterling motors back they said to return the car and they would fix the paint work, and resolve the car, another 2 weeks I was without my car, They told me they took the car to Mercedes to fix my car they have only fixed the car and I had it handed the car back to me so I am now 7 months on and still have problems with this Mercedes’s, and infact the problems are the same ones as they supposedly got Mercedes to fix. I urge anyone reading this to run for the hills and not buy any car off this company I have been lied to from the start, now when I bought this car I was told it had 2 owners before me and had 34500 (this car is diesel) and is a 4 years old when the log book came I was infact the 5th owner, so if you do the maths why on earth has this 4 year old car been passed around 5 People in the space of 4 years, there are clearly issue with the car and they have now sold me this waste of space. Absolutely disgusting the condition this car is in, infact it’s embarrassing. There are 27 fault codes on this car. And when the owner reads this i urge him to contact myself before I contact him

After waiting in doorway for 5 mins whilst all staff discussed football I was directed to the car I was interested which was parked outside.
I waited a further 10 mins outside but no one could be bothered to come over and see me!
Shame as I had a bag of cash ready to purchase the vehicle.

Google Bad Review 1:  Well well well what can i say about Chingford Audi…… QUITE ALOT!!! So these are the types of scoundrels that are working on your vehicles. They serviced my Audi A3 back in April 2017 around the 44,000 mile mark. No advisories on the health check what so ever. Everything ok it would seem but not quite. So fast forward to August 2017 and my car asks me for 1 litre of engine oil. Nothing alarming since the engines burn 0.5litres across a 1000km drive as per their oil consumption bulletins. Then we reach September 2017 and my car throws up a oil pressure too low warning and cuts out. Vehicle recovered to Stanstead Audi who advised sump plug has COME OFF!!! As a result, the turbo is now rattling like a childs toy shaker. So these findings were submitted to Chingford Audi who declined to entertain the repairs. Reasoning behind it is because they dont believe it would of taken 12,000 miles of driving for the sump plug to come off if it was indeed left loose from the previous service. Head of Business Francis Porter says a more reasonable explanation to that occuring would be sabotage……. so in other words either myself or a random ninja had done this to my car. Bare in mine that when my car was serviced, it was done by an Apprentice called Samuel James who by the way, was not quality checked after doing my service. I know this because i stood in the workshop whilst it was done. Being an ex employee to this dealership, technicians were asking how my career at Jaguar Land Rover was going hence me being in the workshop. So despite Audi not quality checking a non-qualified technician's work, they are very very certain with their decision???? Now that does seem very odd to me to say the least. Raised a complaint with Audi Uk who to no surprise have said they are standing by Chingford Audi's decision, but the best part is even if they did not agree with Chingford Audi, they can not overrule their decision and force them to do anything. So either way it will always be a computer says no moment because lets face it, if Audi Uk say no Mr Customer you are right…… the dealer in question wont do anything because they can not be forced. The head of business even had the cheek to say well its weird that only your turbo has suffered from oil starvation and not your engine. Stanstead Audi have stated that they can not check the engine with the level of turbo noise currently present. But even with that in the report, the answer is no from Audi UK and Chingford Audi. I find it very ironic that they can say they are certain they are not liable for it, but are very tight lipped about why this has happened to my car and refuse to comment on it other than the remark of potential sabotage to my vehicle. The Chingford workshop is dominated by apprentices so think very carefully before dropping your car off there. I recall many customers complaining to me whilst i worked there of things being left loose on many occasions. 5 service managers came and left in my 1.5 years of service with them. 2 out of 3 master technicians left in that time and were never replaced. The whole service department changed apart from myself being the only one left from the original service team. They have now changed their manager again, and also their head of business. AUDI UK even had to mentor this dealership for well over a month to make sure they were doing their jobs properly due to the level of complaints they were getting and due to high staff turnover. This decision seems to fall in line with that and now i understand why they had to be tutored by AUDI UK for a whole month. As many people as possible are going to know about this place!!! Get ready to sell your Audi's if you own one!

Wasn’t allowed to test drive the car and was promised the vehicle came with certain features but after a long mess up and a two hour wait to collect the car we were rushed out the door and could not inspect the vehicle. Once brought home the vehicle did not have the requisite promised features and they did nothing to resolve the issue. The complaints department are useless and do not take into account the promises made to the customer!

Google Bad Review 1:  Purchased a car in May from Paragon. The car is in ok shape but I would not recommend anyone I know to buy from here.

Communications about the car before arrival was all fine, transfer of number plate and all paperwork all done so I did not have to do anything on that side of things.
However, the car.. So on the Friday we whatsapp messaged about the car and it was agreed I would come and see the car on the Sunday. A couple more messages on the Saturday so they 100% knew i was coming on the Sunday. When I arrived, the car was filthy! which made it hard to check for dents and marks. I was told that the section of the premises always gets dirty from the river but the other end of the premises doesn't, so i have no idea why they didn't move the car when they knew i was coming.

Also when i arrived on the time agreed on, I was just left with the car and the salesmen said he was going off on a test drive with someone else that arrived at the same time. Then when i test drove the car they literally gave me a 3/4 minute drive down to a roundabout and back.
Checking over the car, my car had quite low tyre tread and rear brakes pads so make sure you check all parts of the car.

Since buying the car I have been to my Mercedes dealer and had a diagnosis check. I have had to buy a new NOX sensor, Panoramic roof oil, 4 new tyres as 3 were low and 1 was not a runflat tyre. Also had to buy a new alloy as 1 has been repaired/welded before which I obviously could not check at the time. Which would potentially mean te car may have been in an accident before? overall that is costing me almost £2.5k

Mercedes told me to message Paragon about the alloy to try work something out which I did but i got no reply.. Shock

So I am now left with a car and just hoping there is nothing else that I was not told about that I need to fork out for

Google Bad Review 1:  My A7 went in for Its 1st Mot and stayed in for nearly due a brake issue. Staff spoke very polite but service was non existent. Messages left for the Service Manager and various emails to the service department, remain unanswered. The promised loan vehicle never happened and the list goes on. They obviously don't care. I will never set foot into that garage. Also spoken to a friend and his experience echoes mine.

Google Bad Review (2):  Car went in for a repair collected it and within a couple of days had broken down as faulty part had been used. Understand that can happen so returned car to be fixed again. Went to collect car for the second time to find only 5 miles of diesel left in the car. While I get they wanted to test the replacement part not sure why that should have been at our cost. Although clearly reassured when the staff told me that 5 Miles should be enough to get me to nearest petrol station?!?
