Google Bad Review:  Our stay was ruined by a very unpleasant greeting on arrival. The receptionist barely acknowledged us and grumpily checked us in.

My husband and I wore masks and asked him if he would mind wearing one too but he refused. First he said he was exempt from wearing a mask, then said no one else cared and everyone was going to restaurants now anyway so what difference does it make.

The check in took at least 15 minutes and we felt forced into a situation we would have chosen to avoid had we known.

I am shocked that Native care so little about their guests feeling comfortable, especially in the middle of a pandemic.

We’d been looking forward to staying but by the time we arrived at our room, we couldn’t wait to leave.

Performed a Bait and Switch on me – Booked this hotel via hotels.com being told throughout the location was within 1 mile of the embankment, confirmation received the week prior has the location across London in Peckham (6.5 miles further away) this made it completely unsuitable for my needs (needing to be at embankment at 5:30 am) and because they have a ‘month in advance' cancellation policy I have potentially lost £000s based on them not disclosing their location honestly. Totally misrepresented their services to me and now won't even communicate with me to discuss.

Looking at the reviews on here, it appears that the hotel is not of a great quality anyway, never cleaned, beds in bad state, building falling down. as I said avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review:  Soooo disappointed I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for two nights for a place to stay for wedding guests I chose this place as it was close to our venue when I arrived I had to clean floors and walls as I was embarrassed to let our guests stay there. I thought this was a good idea so the guest could get together plan the last minute wedding details have something to eat but this was not possible. Only a few plates cups etc no cutlery at all and then to be confronted with very very rude staff . We wanted to surprise one of the bridesmaids with a cake and a few friends to celebrate her 18th birthday as she was giving her day up to be a bridesmaid the woman on the desk was so rude when I came in she welcomed me with “ now listen to me “ and became very rude then the security man knocking on the door asking who was in there it was more like a bail hostal not an apartment never again to think I cancelled the Marriott for this avoid at all cost

Google Bad Review:  Our stay was ruined by a very unpleasant greeting on arrival. The receptionist barely acknowledged us and grumpily checked us in.

My husband and I wore masks and asked him if he would mind wearing one too but he refused. First he said he was exempt from wearing a mask, then said no one else cared and everyone was going to restaurants now anyway so what difference does it make.

The check in took at least 15 minutes and we felt forced into a situation we would have chosen to avoid had we known.

I am shocked that Native care so little about their guests feeling comfortable, especially in the middle of a pandemic.

We’d been looking forward to staying but by the time we arrived at our room, we couldn’t wait to leave.

Performed a Bait and Switch on me – Booked this hotel via hotels.com being told throughout the location was within 1 mile of the embankment, confirmation received the week prior has the location across London in Peckham (6.5 miles further away) this made it completely unsuitable for my needs (needing to be at embankment at 5:30 am) and because they have a ‘month in advance' cancellation policy I have potentially lost £000s based on them not disclosing their location honestly. Totally misrepresented their services to me and now won't even communicate with me to discuss.

Looking at the reviews on here, it appears that the hotel is not of a great quality anyway, never cleaned, beds in bad state, building falling down. as I said avoid at all costs.
