Google Bad Review (2): One of the worst dining experiences in London would definitely not recommend due to the listed issues we encountered.
1. Drinks ordered start of meal came after 30mins with one beverage even later
2. Water requested came after ordering food upon fourth request, when it came it came without glasses for another 10 mins wait after asking 2 more staff members for them
3. Bottle of wine ordered with meal came well after the starters and main had been provided with us being unable to enjoy it with the food
4. A starter and salad came 20plus mins after all other food after having been forgotten with all the other items
5. A drink item ordered was requested to be cancelled due to wait time, the waiter after agreeing brought it out 5 mins later, after reminding them it had been cancelled he said “I didn't understand your langauge” and walked away, we had to call him back to inform him no we don't want this item or want to be charged for it. He said this will be removed
6. When the bill finally came that drink item was still on it along with an additional salad we did not order (At this point the waiter and his service had gotten very rude). We asked him to remove it and remove the service charge as we had a very bad dining experience ( something we had never done before after living in London for 5 years). He came back and had only removed half the service charge not the full, which was very rude
7. While we were waiting for our dessert the hostess came and asked us to move on as we had over stayed our time on the table, even though we had spent most of the night waiting for our meal and were still waiting on dessert.
Overall extremely poor and rude service from the staff never had an experience this bad anywhere. Will never return again and recommend no one else to bother.
