Google Bad Review 1: The worse food and service i never received! I just ordered 2 meat lasagne for my dinner! What i received is 2 vegetarian lasagne (parmiggiana for sure)!! I'm italian so i know what expected! Anyway i called the shop to say that and have my food finally! The guy on the phone been so rude and said that he couldn't do anything about it and i was wrong, he said to check better inside the food to find the meat!! The only kind of help that he gived to me was “call tomorrow morninf to speak with my manager to sort it out”!! The only thing that i wanted was eating my food as I'm starving after a long work day!! I will call tomorrow morning just to have my money back!and i never gonna order anything at all from them! All my friends gonna do the same! Really bad costumer service! I've been working in a restaurant as a FOH ans as a manager!! For my advice this kind or rudeness shouldn't be tolerated!!
