Google Bad Review 1: Got given a price, got a written quote through from the dealer. Was told it was good till September 1st.
Then when I order the car on 26th August I’m told nah actually we won’t honour that quote.
CarWow… what a joke. Just go into the dealer, save yourself the bother of messing around online getting imaginary quotes for cars you can’t buy!

Google Bad Review (2): Bad attitudes at Carwow. Was getting emails saying dealers had made offers, but when I clicked the links, no such offers were shown. So I contacted Carwow and got a response that I had no active configurations, which means what? And if I was being made offers, surely I was doing something right. Emailed again; no help from them at all except to repeat themselves and say “I hope that helped”. So I replied, “No, that did not help, it was useless”. Now, when I try to login, I get “Uh-Oh! Your account is not activated yet.” So either their help team are trying to be funny, or Carwow has bad and worsening technical issues.
PS When you get made a carwow offer, simply do a search on the dealer name and then contact them directly. I did this only because I could not view the offers made to me on carwow. But because the messages told me the dealer's name, I contacted them directly and guess what? Two said they would better their carwow offers by 2%!!!!! So I have been offered the car I want at a lower price. Go on, try it; save money! Thanks Carwow.
