Google Bad Review 1: My dad died 3 years ago and at the request of my mum i required a certified copy of the will. After chasing their office for 2 weeks without the common courtesy of a return call i was told to call their Buckhurst Hill office. I spent the next 3 weeks going through the same. Unprofessional and a lack of respect to a family that spent money with them many years ago in drafting up the original Will.
