Google Bad Review 1: Yep, as you can probably tell these guys are super dodgy. It's been 8 months since I moved out and still no deposit. They also seem to have disconnected the phone that's listed here (try it, you'll see!) I've been down to the store two-three times and it's been shuttered every time.
I've dropped them polite emails about my deposit too, but no reply. A classic grab and run it seems, and for what? £300? Pretty pathetic.
Stop ripping people off and start running a proper business. It can't be worth the hassle of shutting down/hiding under a rock and reopening every time you get a few complaints.
