Google Bad Review: Booked this company, Fletch is the most rudest arrogant man. He couldn't find pick-up location, clearly can't use Google maps, and has a go at me about it. At my brothers wedding. Had to go find him and tell him to come over, but said no, he found a parking spot eventhough I said there's more than enough space to park outside. Kept refusing eventually after 5-10 minutes he parked outside. Wasted alot of time.
No drinks provided. TV screens don't work.
At venue he went to park the limo, I told him to drop us at the main entrance, said NO. Apparently he's driven here before and management always says no. After I told him to drop us off at entrance he went out of the limo, to speak to management who said he can, wasting time.
He was dressed in tracksuit, coat on with hoodie. He comes into the venue and comes over to speak to me. He knew it was a wedding and couldn't come dressed. The gut he has to come near the stage to talk to me, with the stench he hasn't showered in over a month.
I am 30 minutes late for return journey, bride and groom are in the limo, and tells me there's overcharge. There wouldn't be any if he listened to me in the first place about parking. And yet he says its £100 extra and wants cash now before moving. All the guest are looking, whilst he phones his manager.
DONT USE THE COMPANY, not worth the hassle on a day thats meant to be happy.
