Google Bad Review: As someone who received “care” from this company, I would strongly advise you to stay away. The director frequently lied about the skills/training her staff had received, putting me in a vulnerable position by providing carers who were not properly trained to manage my needs. the “director” broke confidentiality on numerous occasions, including knowingly whilst on video! Carers clearly learnt by example & also constantly broke confidentiality telling me personal information about other clients in public places like on the bus, which is very inappropriate and disrespectful. One carer left me alone during a shift in a coffee shop for over half an hour to do some personal shopping, just walked off leaving me at risk & did not care. Care plans were ignored. When concerns were raised to management by my main carer about my deteriorating health, this was also ignored and taken advantage of. It took months (and constant reminders) for them to replace something of great sentimental value that was broken. I appreciate accidents happen but the delay & hassle was unnecessary & upsetting. 1 carer also broke my new expensive dyson whic they promised in writing to replace but then later refused, more lies from management. They do not take complaints seriously, even when going above them and they never respond. Caremark were dangerous in my experience, causing me to end up in hospital numerous times, and don't care at all. Please avoid!
