Google Bad Review 1: Why they pay 3 of them to stand around chatting is beyond me. 3 staff at the till points. 3 tills. Yet I had to wait whilst it took three of them to serve one customer. Why it took so long I don't know, in the end I just walked out without making a purchase as they clearly don't care about customer service and enjoy getting paid to chat.

Google Bad Review (2): The staff at this branch are super rude, if not racist even. Been there a few times now being the closest to me and most of the times I've been spoken to rudely. One for asking for help and on another occasion they gave me a torn note change back and refused to change it or give me proper change. Appalling behaviour and ruins the whole idea of buying a card at this store.
