Google Bad Review (2): Do not trust this place. I have never written a bad review before but feel I have to warn people to STAY AWAY. Had a tyre replaced here. The first guy at reception was nice friendly and really professional. He explained that I needed a new tyre because I had a slow puncture. However after the tyre was changed the tyre pressor sensor became un detected. Worked fine before. I called the garage and arranged for them to check it out. I popped initially and the person could not find out what was wrong. I came back again and spoke to who I think is the owner. He said there was no way they could have done anything to the sensor. They were no where near it. He asked if I drove it flat? Of course I didn't. He made it seem like it was all my fault and some thing I had done. I left feeling I had got nowhere. My husband called and arranged an appointment. The owner said they were no where near the sensor. He was so rude stating “OUR CAR OUR PROBLEM.” Wow. He refused to belief they had done anything wrong. What got me so mad was when he called me a LIAR saying I had driven the tyre flat. How dare he. He also stated “YOU PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS TRYING IT ON.” I can't believe service like this exists in Britain 2018. If he had been decent and not so darn rude I would not be complaining or taking things further. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made. I am now taking my car to a proper garage to sort out their mess. Absolutely dismayed.
