Google Bad Review 1: I have no idea how this group gets such high ratings. Any time I have asked for help, I have found them to be exceptionally slow at any kind of a response. I called them on the 19 March and I was told it would be called back. There is no time given, just to expect a call back. I just called them now on the 28 March and, while there is a note about my original phone call, it has yet to be actioned.
This has happened on other occasions as well. Once I waited 3 weeks for a call back and then they couldn't help me with Camden Council anyway so it was not helpful. As long as they pick up their paycheques, what else matters?
