Google Bad Review 1: Am in hospital nearby here and really needed my hair cut as I'd been in hospital for 6 weeks and have probably another 6 weeks to go before I can go home. All my hair required was a shave round the sides and a trim of the top no wash or blow dry, just follow the exact same style that I have which is really not hard and takes very little time to do. Not only was it the worst haircut I have ever had but it was also the most expensive (I've only had one hair cut cost slightly more but that was a complete revamp before I had neurosurgery a year ago. Going from very long hair to the short style I have now). For the style I have now this cost nearly 3x more than what I pay at home, which in my opinion is a very fair price for how little time and effort cutting my hair takes. I acknowledge this is London however for what this was it was extortionate, I possibly wouldn't have minded the price so much if I had at least received decent hair cut. When the woman first looked at my hair she first commented that the shaved sides of my hair weren't cut even by my hairdresser at home, which I'm pretty sure they were. However, even if they were she's done an even worse job, she's completely missed shaving a patch at the back/top of my head, cut the long top part of my hair far too short at the front, which it is completely uneven to further back, it wasn't till I got back to the hospital and the following day that I realised this. This should have been a very simple hair cut following the exact pattern that was already there, however I've been left pissed off because I am very unhappy with it and it cost so much!

EDIT: I am in hospital and i do not have the luxury of being well enough to just come back and this was the first time I had been well enough to leave in 6 weeks – which obviously isn't your fault however I shouldn't be needing to come back to get it sorted out anyway. And what my hair cut looks like and what you have responded with describing what I asked for is incorrect given the fact you did cut the back of it. My instructions were clear, to cut it in the exact same style it was in just to be gentle when shaving the back of my head as I have some medical equipment under the skin that will be painful if it's not taken slowly, (which it was and I was grateful for) shave the sides and give the long part on the top a small trim – I would not have asked for anything else as this is what I have had done for over a year now. However the several patches that have been missed are along the top side and at the back top of the shaved left side which is the main bit I meant above, whereas the shaved right side it is all the same length like it is meant to be. The actual back of my head has been done and is fine, which you stated I asked you not to do. This was not an unfair review, and I would have been fine with paying that price if my haircut had been what I asked for and bits hadn't been missed, which I also stated above. I had already asked how much you charged before agreeing to have my hair cut with you, if I didn't want to pay it I wouldn't have agreed to have it done. But I did acknowledge it was London prices, and really needed my hair cut as I am not getting out of hospital for a fair while longer. That doesn't disregard that for what was probably only a maximum of 15-20 minutes of a hair cut without a wash or a blow dry, I felt that it was very expensive for that.

Google Bad Review (2): I was not happy. Asked Lady to shorten my my hair. Simple hair cut, nothing fancy. Shorten the hair at back and sides. She cut the layers, without any triming, anything. Total primitive. When I asked her to take a little bit more volume on the sides as it annoys me, she refused to and started to tell me some nonsene that it would not fit, bla bla. Result I had to go to different hairdresser. He asked me “Did you cut your hair yourself?”.
