Google Bad Review: Diana ultimately insulted my intelligence by repeating the lines “I understand sir but you did not get charged for yesterday collection” which is an open book of events that anyone can clearly see. You obviously are not going to charge us for a collection that was not made, instead you are going to charge us an EXCESS charge for the excess weight which would not have been piled up if ByWaters collected on the agreed days.
From where we stand this approach your taking is most certainly unacceptable and unethical. You fail to collect the waste on the agreed dates, which naturally has an overload effect the next day of when the waste should have been collected. This then enables an extra excess charge for ByWaters under legitimate “unforeseen” circumstances which is far from ethical to say the least. All the excess charges we have received until date has been due to that very sole reason which is, ByWaters somehow has an “unforeseen” circumstance to which the waste is collected a several days after the agreed date which enables them to charge us an excess charge when there WOULD NOT have been an excess charge if the waste was collected by BYWATERS as per the agreed days.
When our suppliers are unable to attend or keep up to an agreed appointment, they appoint a third party supplier to fulfil their contractual obligation for the day they are unable to. ByWaters instead chooses to approach customers by bestowing “unforeseen excess costs” instead of delivering the service their paid to deliver on the agreed days.
DUE TO THESE PETTY SCHEMES WE ARE IN SEARCH OF A NEW SUPPLIER.
