Google Bad Review 1: We have had the worse of experience by this company!! I meam nearli over 6weeks of chasing them for a letter to give to newLaw solicitors who wr dealing with our claim for our car accident n by miles have been un responsive not helpfully at all just needed a letter as the law has changed for personal injury and my god back and forth my hsuba d n I have been chasing them and they cnt even provide with a simple letter which we have a cover for to process our claim with newlaw solicitors. The both parties have lack of communication lack off responding back to thir clients..me n my husband have had to do the chasing around and im disabled which they know off and even then have made a disabled person run of thir feet in casing a simple claim to be gone soo worng due to byMiles
