Google Bad Review: Don’t trust them they rip you off. I started my treatment in December 2021 I was told I could have too and bottom dentures I would have teeth removed (only 8 left at the top) and then sort my dentures, I was told £282.80 for all my treatment just like it says on the NHS website. I had the teeth removed in January was told to let my gums settle for 3 months but in the meantime they would get my bottom denture made with I eventually got in April as this was 3 months later I expected them to start with my top denture but instead she said oh no we have to wait 3 months. So I go to my appointment today expecting yet again to start on my top denture but she tells me oh you have to pay £282.80 again because that treatment has finished and this is a new lot of treatment, so now I have no top teeth because she lied about the full treatment being just £282.80, and I can’t have the top ones done because I had to borrow the money in the first place they could’ve just left my teeth I would have suffered the pain at least I’d be able to eat properly and smile, she kept changing her mind at each appointment I feel she left it so long just so she could try and charge again well thanks for that I only went to Bupa because I thought they would be good dentist clearly just out for peoples money. Surly if my treatment had finished I would have received paperwork but they didn’t give me any.
