Google Bad Review 1: I had lots of treatment done at this practice and I always liked doctor Middlemiss. Over the years the practice has changed name (so management) a few times and it has gone down hill.
Recently, I had a temporary filling which unfortunately did not last 12 hours so I called the practice and they told me that my dentist was not working until 4 days later and that I had to pay again if I wanted to see someone else. Obviously i was not happy neither to pay or wait with a hole in my tooth for 4 days. After complaining, they finally agreed I could see someone else for free.
I then complained to my regular doctor but he did not seem to care much.
The problem with this practice is that some dentist work 1 or 2 days a week and the reception staff is not nice at all.

I will not return to this practice ever again and do not recommend to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there. My experiences in this practice with dentists and (sometimes unfriendly) staff let me come to the conclusion that this is not a place to recommend.
For someone working in the sensible field of health care, the main problem of Oasis Dental Care Fulham Road is, that the medical dental services given to patients are not done in responsible way.
The dentists are not available very often, some only work one day a week in this branch.
In my case I was in urgent need of two fillings. Allthough the dentist knew, that I am in need of a treatment now, he let me wait for another 4 weeks to be treated propperly because he didn't want to lose a potential client (although he definitely should have helped me to receive a propper treatment earlier). But for someone who had to confess the Hippocratic oath that's not the right way to treat a patient that is unhealthy in terms of a medical sence, isn't it?
The long time between my first visit and the actual treatment let my problems literally grow. And so it didn't surprise me that one and a half week after the dental procedure was done, I felt a lot of pain and was in need to take painkillers. I wanted to book an appointment with my dentist, but the next availbale appointment with him would have been in three weeks time. So I ended up seeing another dentist (paying again) for a service that should have been already included in such a high price that I was already billed.
As a person who knows the difference of beeing treated well or negligent I decided to conatact the practice manager. But as it turned out, he was not even interested in changing a thing or even apologize in a propper way. Saying to be sorry, but not even doing anything to improve the situation how patients are treated in this particular practice is more then meaningless.
So if you want to be treated in an awful and negilgent way, I suggest you to go there and pay for a service that is out of proportion (as the GDC confirmed).
