Google Bad Review 1: Long lines and bad customer service. I had a small issue with my credit card being swiped and all i got was bad attitude instead of some service it was my first time with budget and i definetly won't be coming back again.

Google Bad Review (2): The budget airport location is not open 24 hours, we reserved a car for pick up and our flight was delayed. The company website said location is opened 24 hours. We arrived at the counter at terminal 2 at 11:20pm, no one was there and there was a sign at the desk to instruct us to use the courtesy phone to arrange pick up to their office. We tried many times, called their office on the pay phone, for almost 2 hours, no one picked up the phone. We ended up renting from Hertz with a walk in rate which costed us more than double. We contacted Budget customer service for explanation and complaints, no explanation and no compensation. Really disappointed with Budget and this happened at Heathrow Airport!
